Thank you for your interest in joining Global experience’s register of Homestay Host Families. As you will appreciate, this is just the first step in the process to becoming a Homestay Host so if you want to apply please read these terms, click the box and click submit to continue.

When you apply to be a Homestay Host with Global experience:

• We have a robust screening process to ensure that we find the right families to host the students we accommodate in Australia.Your application will be carefully assessed against our criteriato ensure you;your family and your Home are suitable.
• As a minimum you must be over 18 years of age and be willing to undergo some checks to verify your identity including Working with Children checks and police checks.We receive a lot of applications and not every family is suited to be a host so not every application is successful and just because you complete an application does not mean you will be accepted as a Homestay Host Family.
• When you applyto be a Homestay Host Family, we collect personal information about you and your family.The way in which we use and disclose your information and how you can access it is set out in our Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge that for you to be accepted as a Homestay Host Family you and your family will need tomeet the Homestay Host criteria, your Home will need to be suitable and you must be able to comply with the Homestay Host Agreement. You will learn more about this through the application process.

Once we receive your application, we will assess it and review your family’s suitability to be a Homestay Host Family. If your family passes the initial assessment, we will contact you to arrange to meet with you and inspect your home and continue the review process.
